2026 Events
November is National Adoption Month, a time to raise awareness for the more than 4,500 children in New England foster care awaiting adoption. Throughout the month, we encourage churches to pause, reflect on God’s heart for children and families experiencing vulnerability, and recognize that as long as these needs exist, the church must play a role in the solution.
This November, Fostering Hope and our partners are coordinating opportunities to learn about ways the church can come alongside the foster care community. As you invite your church to consider how they can support children and families impacted by foster care, please share any of these events that would be meaningful to your congregation.
“If you want to follow Jesus near to the world’s hurt, He will always lead you to places of intersection where beauty and brokenness meet.”
